As an independent candidate, I've always believed good ideas can come from anywhere and that no party has a monopoly on them. I appreciate their support and their confidence in my commitment to serve the people of District 9. 

Our team will continue working to earn support from Democrats, Republicans, Independents, and anyone who believes government should listen more and focus on results.

The Sheboygan County Democratic Party endorses Independent candidate Christian Ellis for Wisconsin State Senate District 9.

There is no Democrat running to represent Wisconsin State Senate District 9. We endorse Christian because we believe he is a community-focused leader whose values and commitment to public service reflect many of the priorities important to our members.

Christian Ellis is a Marine Corps veteran, small business owner, youth soccer coach, County Board Supervisor, husband, and father. Born and raised in Oostburg and now raising a family in Sheboygan Falls, Christian understands the people and communities that make District 9 home.

Christian believes Wisconsin should be a place with opportunity for all. That state government should be a collaborative institution respectfully debating on how best to move Wisconsin forward. He’s honest that he will not cater to a specific political agenda. Christian will listen to his constituents and prioritize their needs in Madison.
